Q. Will all rubbish be taken away by Heat-tech?
A. Yes - Any work that Heat-tech do that creates waste will be taken away and recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
Q. If I require different trades to work in my property, can you arrange this?
A. Yes - Heat-tech have a large network of trusted sub-trades who work in conjunction with us to enable a full service to be given. All extra trades work will be quoted for by ourselves on our initial visit so there is only one final price to be paid with no extras.
Q. If I have a new boiler installed will you service it for me on a yearly basis?
A. Yes - We send all our previous customers a no obligation reminder letter via mail. if you require us to carry out this service you only need to contact us to arrange this.
Q. Do you work on an hourly rate of pay?
A. No - All work is agreed prior to commencement, whether it takes us one hour or eight hours, you will only pay the agreed price.
Q. Can I ask to see identification of your operatives when they arrive at my house?
A. Yes - All our operatives carry the relevant identification cards and Gas Safe Register photo I.D with them at all times, ready to be examined by the customer at any time.
